| Resignation Refund Policy:Summer 2009 |

| A student who officially resigns from all courses after completing
registration may obtain a fee refund according to the following schedule: |

| The percent of refund of the student self-assessed fees does
not include the student insurance fee of $14.00. The percent refund of
the student self-assessed fees will be awarded only upon surrender
of the student's
ID card. |

| The $10.00 International Service Fee is non-refundable. |
| |
| If the University cancels a student's registration due to
the student's ineligibility, then fees will be refunded according to the
schedule above. The effective date of cancellation will determine which category
of refund will apply. |

| The $ 50.00 Late Registration Fee, the $50.00 Additional Late
Fee, and the Initial Enrollment Fee of $7.50 are not refundable.
Refunds are usually mailed
prior to
mid-semester. |
